At Horizon, we have a passion for customer service. Our customer service sections are high energy, fun places where motivated people can work hard, achieve recognition and build careers. There are many types of positions within our customer service department, ranging from corporate support functions to resource planning and training. We also have three types of services - customer care, financial care and technical support. Your call center career path could take you from Customer Service Rep to a Coach/Supervisor position and ultimately into management. Some of our best people got their start that way.
