“When we were searching for an organization to partner with for our huge data entry projects, we wanted an organization which is well established and which has the potential to give the best results for our projects.

When we approached Horizon Contact Centers, we started negotiations on how best our data entry projects can be done. We were impressed by their honesty that they have not handled a project like this before, but since its one of the services they have to offer, they were ready to set up and start the project and use it as a base of data entry projects which may come their way.
