Horizon Contact Centers is Kenya’s NEWEST and only state of the art Contact Center offering a fully on demand service to its clients. It is an 800 seater operation on 40,000 sq feet, covering eight floors in one of the most modern office facilities in the region. At Horizon we realize that our people are our core, and with this in mind, the facility has been built to house a Bistro, Cyber Café, Library, on site doctors surgery with dispensary chemist, and Chill Out Zones on each of it’s production floors.
Our commitment to developing human capital is evident in our 5,000 sq foot training, coaching and recruitment facility, dedicated to training our workforce to the UK Occupational Standard working towards BTEC qualifications awarded by Edexcel and partnering with UK Universities in our ongoing program. |
